We ship via USPS, and tracking information will be emailed to you once your package has been shipped. Once it has left our shop, your package is no longer our responsibility, and we are not responsible for lost or stolen goods. If you have questions regarding the tracking of your package, please refer to your tracking number and your local post office.
Please allow 5-10 business days for your order to be shipped. If you need your order shipped more quickly, please contact us so we can set up priority shipping on your order.
We are only able to ship your package to the address provided at checkout, so please ensure that is inputted correct. If a package arrives back to our shop, the buyer is responsible for paying shipping fees to attempt a second delivery.
International Shipping - Legacy Learning Academy is not responsible for any additional customs fees and or taxes.
Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on our items unless we have made an error on your order. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with any questions or concerns. Returns that we do choose to accept will be subject to a 15% restocking fee, and the price that it cost Legacy Learning Academy to ship your package will not be refunded.
What information do we collect?
